Changing The Minimum Password Strength in NICEIC Cert Software
Passwords in the NICEIC Cert Software will have a default minimum strength of medium, it is possible to change this to be stronger/weaker if necessary.
You can change this by going to ‘Edit’ in the very top left of the software and then ‘Settings’.
Click on the ‘System’ tab on the left-hand side.
- You can then select the ‘Minimum User Password Strength’ drop down box and select one of 5 options (this will be Medium by default).
- Make sure to press ‘OK’ in the bottom right to save once you are done.
