Certificate Photos and Copying Certs [Webinar]
You can add photos to your certs to document your work and provide proof of work in Clik’s NICEIC Cert Software.
This webinar goes through how to add photos to certs both in the office and onsite using the Clik Cert Electrical app. We’ll also show you how to adjust your photo settings and organise and print your cert photos.
Photos Q&A
Q: Can you set to have more than 4 photos?
A: You can add as many photos to a cert as you wish. Although, the maximum number of photos you can display on a page when printing is four. You can change how many photos are displayed when printed by selecting an option under the ‘Print Templates’ drop-down on the certificate photos.
Q: If photos are deleted from the default folder, do they go off the certificate?
Yes, they will no longer be linked on the cert if the photo is deleted from the folder location.
Q: Can you export to a pdf with photos included?
A: Yes, you can export a cert from the print preview by going to ‘Print’ on the cert, and then selecting the PDF icon on the print preview screen.
Alternatively, you can also export the cert from the main cert list. You can do this by right-clicking on the cert, then clicking on Save as > PDF. See our saving certs support article for more details on this.
Copying Certs
Q: When you copy the EICR and change to installation, does all the circuit details copy across?
A: Yes, all areas will be copied across.
Q: Can I add circuit details and test results only from an existing cert?
A: Not using the copy feature, but you can copy circuits and save boards to your library to then apply to other certs.
Alternatively, you can also create a template with just circuit details and test results on. For more information, please look at our templates article.
Q: We use Site Audit Pro so can the site audit pro report be loaded to Clik certs?
A: No, unfortunately not.
