Certificate Merge Conflicts [Video]

This video tutorial will walk you through what to do when you get merge conflicts when accepting certificates from field users in Clik Cert.

When syncing certs back to the office from field devices, it might flag a merge conflict if there are conflicting addresses. You will have the option to either accept the new address created by the field user or merge the certificate client details with the record already in your address book.
