Cache in Clik Compliance

This guide provides instructions on how to clear your cache while using Clik Compliance.

If you are experiencing issues such as slow performance, application crashes, or pages failing to load, you can try clearing your cache using one of the following methods:

To perform a cache refresh, use the following keyboard shortcuts:

• Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
• Mac (Chrome or Firefox): Press Cmd + Shift + R
• Mac (Safari): Press Cmd + Option + R

Alternatively, you can clear the cache from the Account Settings page. Go to Advanced Settings and click Clear Cache.

Clearing your cache can help resolve various performance and loading issues within the platform.
