Assigning Engineers to Certificates
This article will show you how to assign certificates to an engineer. Before we begin, the user must have the privilege of ‘Assigning to Engineers’. For more privileges, please visit the Setting Up Users article.
First, open the certificate you wish to assign to an engineer. Once in the certificate, select the three dots and, under Engineers, start typing the engineer’s name. Then, click ‘Assign’.
That’s it, you’ve assigned an engineer to the certificate. If you need to assign more than one, just follow the process again.
