Applying Service Level Agreements to Jobs
After setting up your service level agreements (SLAs), you can now apply them to your job sheets.
Create a new job or select an existing one from the ‘Jobs’ module. Select the SLA from the ‘Service Level Agreement‘ drop-down box.
There will be a countdown reminder and data tracking features to help you make sure you meet your agreements.
To remove the SLA, click on the red cross and confirm the removal.
Your SLAs will also sync with Clik Jobs and Clik Remote so your engineers can view the remaining time for a job.
