Improvements

Certificates now load faster.
Create cert screen improvements:
– Ordered alphabetically by short codes.
– Grouped by ‘Favourites’, ‘Electrical’, ‘Fire Safety’, ‘Emergency Lighting’ and ‘General’.
– Saving a favourite cert automatically moves it to top.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue that caused notifications to show when the notification setting is turned off.
Fixed an issue that prevented users from creating certs from templates.
