Adding Service Level Agreements to Projects
In this article, we will be going over how to add service level agreements (SLAs) to projects. If you are not sure what a service level agreement is or how to create them, check out this guide.
To add an SLA, open the project. Click on the drop-down and choose from the list.
If you want to create another SLA, click on the plus symbol next to the drop-down.
This will open the SLA details box. In type, make sure that ‘Project’ is selected from the drop-down. Then add a title of what the SLA is, e.g. 1 Month Response.
Next, enter the response time. The trigger time is when you want to be notified that the SLA is coming to an end.
Then select the start time, which is when the timer will start from. This can either be ‘Start Date’ of the project or the ‘Project Date’.
Then the ‘End Time’ will be the date that the project is completed.
You have the option to have projects with this SLA a different colour. Also, can exclude the weekends, meaning the timer will pause between these two dates/ times.
