Adding Multiple Attachments to Emails
This article will show you how to email from modules and how to add multiple attachments to emails.
There are lots of ways to create an email from Clik Service. You can email from every module that you find in Clik Service, e.g., quotes, jobs, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
You can email in the same way in all modules. Go to the top right-hand corner and click ‘Tools’, scroll down to ‘Email’ and it will ask you to email as PDF.
From here, it will pop up with the template options. Choose what template you want to email. This will then generate the email.
Filling in Emails
At the top, choose the recipients. You can either choose from your contacts list, which pulls from the company in CRM or enter the email manually by clicking on ‘Enter Email’.
When the correct person is selected, click ‘Add’. This will add them to the recipient’s box. There is also the option to type in emails in the cc box and bcc.
Then there is the subject box to enter in your title and the large text box at the bottom to compose your email.
Adding Multiple Attachments
To add attachments, go to the attachments box and click on the file symbol on the right. Find the file from your PC then click ‘Open’.
You can add as many attachments as you want, just click on the folder again and find the next file.
