Adding Job Numbers to Certs
If you have a shared database between Clik Cert and Clik Service, you can add a job number to a cert using the Clik Cert apps. This means when it gets sent back to your Clik Cert (Office) software, it will automatically attach itself to that job in Clik Service.
Firstly, you will need the privilege to be able to do this.
In Clik Cert (Office) software, go to View > Staff and then find the engineer down the left-hand side.
Click on ‘Privileges’ and make sure the ‘Can apply job numbers to certificates’ privilege is ticked for allow.
Now that the engineer has the privilege, open a cert in the Clik Cert (Field) app, tap on the 3 dots on the top right and select ‘Apply Job Number’.
Enter the job number into the box.
Tap ‘Ok’ and save the cert. Now when you are on the cert list, you will see the cert number attached to the cert.
Upload the cert and accept it in Clik Cert (Office) like normal. Once you have accepted the cert, it will automatically add the cert to the job sheet in Clik Service.
