Adding Action List Tables to Print Templates
You may have created standard action lists within Clik Service, which you want your customer to see on the job sheet. This guide will show you how you can add the whole action list to your template.
Before You Start
Make sure you have your action list set up. If you do not already know how to create an action list, find out how here.
To start, go to Tools > Print Template Editor.
Open your chosen template.
To add an action list to a template, click on the ‘Action List’ icon.
Then click where you would like to position the action list on the template.
The table properties will display. Make sure ‘ActionList’ is selected for the ‘Table container Type’ and select the action list you require under ‘Table Name’.
You will need to add columns to the table, but you may just want the description and the answer.
Select the ‘Columns’ tab, click on the plus icon and select ‘Standard Column’.
Then apply the corresponding ‘Field Name’ and ‘Column Text’ for your description and answer columns.
Click ‘Ok’ when ready to add the action list table to the template.
