Create, Assign & Track Jobs In The Field
As quotes are accepted you can create new jobs through the manager portal. All of the client information is pulled straight from Clik Service, allowing you to create the job in just a few clicks. You can then instantly assign it to an engineer. Either manually select a member of your team or use the ‘Find engineers schedule in area’ feature to see which engineers are working nearby.
Scheduling Software For Field Use
You have access to the central diary and the engineer schedule. In the diary, you can view all of the jobs booked in, as well as adding new ones. If there is a problem with scheduling, simply drag and drop to update a job. In the engineer scheduler, you’ll have oversight on all of your team and the work they’ve been assigned. You can edit their jobs, check for progress, updates or make changes. You can send any changes to a job via SMS or email to keep your engineering up to date on different projects.
