What to Expect From the Upgraded Engineer Schedule
This first update will be version 348, which will improve the diary and engineer schedule. With this update, you’ll get a brand new look for the diary and engineer schedule in Clik Service. You’ll be able to apply trades, skills and more to engineers so you can more accurately assign them to jobs.
We’ll then be releasing a second update later in the year that will add map features to the engineer schedule. This will allow you to more accurately allocate work to the nearest available engineer. You’ll also be able to quickly see outstanding jobs near your engineers’ location.
