What your customers can do
The first thing your customers will see is a new interactive dashboard with outstanding jobs, the number of planned jobs and any unpaid invoices. There’s a new service incidents tab too: customers can directly flag an issue and send an enquiry straight to your head office. Head office can then decide on the best course of action, promptly and efficiently, whether that’s a quick phone call or getting an engineer out. There’s also a powerful reports tab where customers can identify and track trends. For example, where do most job sheets get raised for? Are SLAs being met? Valuable information and data that can make the difference between a good job and a great job, loss-making and profit-making.

Will an SSL certificate cost money?
You can obtain a free SSL Certificate using something like Lets Encrypt/Certify The Web, or purchase one which can cost between £20-£100 a year. If you have any questions about our requirements please don’t hesitate in getting in touch with our support team.
