We completely overhauled the notifications module in Clik Service to give you more control over the alerts you can create.

Customise the conditions, triggers, notification messages and more to make sure your team is kept in the loop with important updates. Send notifications as emails, text messages, internal messages or Microsoft Teams messages.

Our equipment action lists feature is coming soon to Clik Service. With your Clik Cover, you’ll get all the newest features as soon as they’re released.

With equipment action lists, your engineers can complete a set list of tasks for specific equipment items on job sheets. You’ll be able to capture comments, dates and numbers or select predefined answers to questions to document what was serviced on a piece of equipment.

Please be aware that Microsoft ended support for Windows 8 and 8.1 earlier this year. We will also be dropping support for PCs running Windows 8/8.1 to align with this and continue providing the latest updates and features.

Feature of the Month

The latest feature of the month for Clik Service is timed notifications.

In Clik Service, you can now create timed notifications to trigger several days before or after a date, or on the day at a specific time. You might use this to send a message to a customer that an engineer is booked in for a job a day before the day before.

New notification conditions will only trigger if the engineer planning date is added with a start of ‘today’. This might be used to only send an SMS to an engineer if they are added to a job today. The condition can be used on other types of dates as well.
