We’ve seen lots of big software updates, some new faces in the office and we can’t wait to see what the new year holds.

Big Clik Service Updates
2021 saw the introduction of some big updates to our central service management system.
We accommodated changes to VAT for building and construction services, with new domestic reverse charge tax codes and template tags.
The biggest changes to Clik Service were the upgrades to the Microsoft 365 integration. You can now connect your Microsoft 365 account/s, send Outlook emails, connect your calendars and more. We’ve also got more plans to further enhance the tools linked with Microsoft 365, included a Teams integration for delivering notifications.

Improved NICEIC Cert Software Features
We’ve been working on making the features in the NICEIC Cert Software even better as well this year.
The distribution board designer saw some big changes. We revamped the interface, added new view options and made the entire tool easier to navigate and use.
Other notable feature additions and improvements include template mapping, schedule of items observations link and improved reminders.
New Clik Cert Software
Our new certification software, Clik Cert, is now available.
It’s everything you need to create, manage and complete digital certificates. It has an extensive library of industry-standard certificates available, including gas, fire and security and more to come. We can also build bespoke certificates just for your industry or business on request.
The office software can optionally work alongside the iOS and Android apps to give your engineers access to their certificates when onsite. Create new certificates and even complete them directly from the app, then save and send them to your client.
Additionally, Clik Cert can bring together your jobs and your certificates. Using the shared database solution with Clik Service, you can use one database across two programs so there’s no duplicated data.
Additional Clik Remote Licences
We expanded our selection of Clik Remote licences this year too.
You can now exclusively view widgets and graphs using Clik Remote Dashboard. Keep track of job progress, quotes, invoices and more so you can action any underperforming targets.
With Clik Remote Site, you have more ways to support your customers. Multiple sites can make management confusing, help your customers manage their jobs with a login dedicated to a particular site. This way, your clients have access to the work they need and can raise service incidents directly related to their site easily.
Our Brand-New Website
It wasn’t just our products that saw some big updates in 2021, our website also had a complete revamp.
We worked with our Tobacco Factory neighbours, Fanatic, to create a brand-new look and feel to the site. We’ve got a new support site, new product pages and much, much to explore. If you haven’t looked around yet, take a look here.
In the world of Team Clik, we’ve had some new additions to our tech line-up, briefly welcomed some of WFH-ers back in the office and even met up in person when restrictions permitted for a couple of small social events throughout the year.
We welcomed four new tech team members: Jamie R, Anton, Ryan and Thomas. They’ve all been busy helping you with your software questions and tech issues, so you might’ve already chatted with them over the phone.
