There are always different training options available. Which way you choose is up to you. Here are some of the ways you can help support your team when using the NICEIC Cert Software.
Online Training
Hourly online training can be beneficial for teams or individuals looking for a unique one-on-one session with our experts. Choose the date and topic of your choice and we’ll take care of the rest.
Online training is a great way to get a full overview of the software in a short burst of time. It’s suitable for those new to the software or anyone wanting a refresher from the experts.
Why choose online training?
Sometimes it can be hard to fit in time to train your team, so shorter sessions can be beneficial if you’re on a tighter timeframe. With online training, you can schedule your hourly time slots whenever is best for you.
- Here are some reasons to choose online training:
- Learn in smaller durations, at your own pace.
- No travelling needed – learn from the comfort of your office.
Onsite Training
Perhaps you would prefer a face-to-face approach to your training. Onsite sessions may be the answer for you.
It will give you a chance to focus on the modules you want and the areas that you might not know much about. Before your scheduled date, our trainer will be in touch to find out a bit more about your business and your goals. Our trainer will then create the session tailored to your specific needs.
Why choose onsite training?
Whether you’re a certification newbie or adept with paper certificates, getting to grips with software can take time when you don’t know where to start. That’s one of the reasons why training could be the right move, so you don’t skip any necessary steps.
Here are some other reasons to choose onsite training:
- Focus on the modules you want.
- Select a date and time that suits you.
- Learn at your desired pace.
- One-on-one time with our expert and your team.
- Choose a half-day or full day.

Built-In User Help Features
Following the release of the new NICEIC Cert Software in 2019, we have been continuing to develop more helpful features in the software.
If you’ve been using the NICEIC Cert Software for a while now, you may have noticed a small question mark icon in the upper right of the desktop. What you may not know is what it is for and why it could be useful.
This button opens a handy pop-out tab with a direct connection to our support site. Find articles and step-by-step guides relevant to the page or tab you are currently viewing. Click on a topic to view the web page you need for the full steps or video.
It offers help with a certain tool or feature that is new to you. It’s also a great way for any new staff members to quickly find relevant step-by-step guides to get them up to speed with the tools. Find out how to create and fill in new certificates, create templates and more.
Embracing these shortcuts is a great way to learn more about the software. You won’t have to leave the software and go searching for the information you need. Click on the ‘?’ icon or press ‘F1’ on your keyboard to quickly find what you need.
Make sure you are running the latest updates and try it out for yourself.
