Get ready for flying cars, a high-speed rail link from Bejing to London and microchips implanted in our brains. Ok, well maybe not quite, those were the predictions for 2020 a few years back. Whatever happens, 2020 (MMXX) is a leap year, and we know it is going to be a good one. Here are the things we’re looking forward to in 2020.
Clik Remote F-Gas Module
We’ve been working on F-Gas for Clik Remote for the last few months of 2019, and we’re eager to get it released in the new year. The new module will allow your managers, engineers and customers to view, add and manage all your f-gases when on-the-move.
Watch the full recording of our Introduction To Clik Remote F-Gas webinar for a complete walkthrough of the new module.
NASA Mars 2020 Mission
In July 2020, NASA launches its 2020 Mars Mission. The mission takes the next step by not only seeking signs of habitable conditions on Mars in the ancient past but also searching for signs of past microbial life itself.
Clik Jobs Sync
The new sync for Clik Jobs will reduce sync times for sending and downloading jobs to a device. We’ve been Beta testing this with customers and look forward to a full release in 2020.
Customers already using the sync are telling us: “We are getting updates from engineers and sending jobs back is a lot quicker than before.”
Bill & Ted Face The Music
Bill & Ted Face The Music, the long-awaited third film is coming out on 21 August 2020. The time has come dudes – excellent!
NICEIC Cert Software Updates
We’ve got plans for further updates to the NICEIC Cert Software. Alongside minor improvements and fixes, we will also be looking to add verification and QS Mode. The verification tool aims to be an optional step to help reinforce the completion of certs. QS Mode will allow qualified supervisors to apply numbers to certs, print and complete when using Field Mode, without having to send them back to the office software.
The Cybertruck
We were looking forward to seeing a few of these on the streets in 2020, but after some investigation, it seems like Elon Musk is making another impossible promise. Initially, out in 2020, now production is not even beginning to 2021 – this one should probably be wiped off our list.
Clik Gas
We are building a new version of Clik Gas for release in 2020. It will support commercial certificates along with the option to share your database with Clik Service.
Further details regarding these exciting developments will be announced leading up to release.
