Team Clik has been working on improving our software to make it even easier for you to continue to work under restrictions.
Here are just some of the exciting things we worked on this year.
Clik Remote F-Gas
January might feel like a distant memory now, but the beginning of the year saw the release of the Clik Remote F-gas module. This update makes it even easier to complete your work when you are onsite or away from your desk.
This new addition allows managers to track every f-gas movement from a web browser. Any changes will be instantly updated in their main Clik Service database.
Engineers can log leak tests and customers can view their systems all in one place with their relevant Clik Remote logins.
Find out all about how the f-gas module works for each Clik Remote login in our webinar.
Clik Service
Our central CRM system also had various updates over the year to continue to help with stability and ease-of-use. We also put a focus on accessibility. To ensure you could continue to access your work from home or out of the office.
Alongside the addition of furlough settings in the Clik Service and Clik Remote diaries, this year also saw changes to job sheet standard faults (now job templates), additional importing options with CSV mapping and more.
One of the newest additions to the software is compulsory action lists. Set up mandatory tasks for your engineers to check off in Clik Remote before editing a job sheet. Not only will this keep your engineers safe, but it can also ensure risk assessments are fulfilled and health and safety checks are completed.
We’ve also been busy working behind the scenes on other big projects. Many of these new features will be coming to Clik Service in the new year.
We also ran our first-ever update webinars. These live events help show you exactly what new features are available and how to use them for your own business management. NICEIC Cert Software Updates
Development continues for NICEIC Cert Software to add brand-new features and improvements. We understand there is always room for further improvement. So we’ve been working hard to ensure each module helps you save time when completing your electrical certificates.
Within these updates, we made sure to make it easier for field users to send their certs back to the office and gave them the option to print and save their certs directly from their device. The privileges system also got an upgrade. With more options to ensure every user has the access they needed to certs and settings.
This development will continue into the new year. With even more exciting features planned for both the office program and Clik Cert Electrical.
