We began using Service Manager in 2002 and upgraded to Clik Service in 2006. We use all modules of the program, but especially use it to schedule our engineers and cost jobs.
The function of turning a job costing, into a job sheet, into an invoice saves us a huge amount of time and enables us to spend the minimum amount of time on administration.
We have a good relationship with Clik and have if we ever have any technical problems they are resolved quickly with little disruption to the running of our office.
