We started using Clik in Nov 2006 to replace our paper job dispatch system.
At first, as with all new systems, some of the operatives were reluctant to change as they had always done the dispatching via pieces of paper & did not see any reason to change.
The beauty of your system is that when a customer rings for information about a job you can search for the answer in two main ways. The first is to use the customer reference the second is to use the unique reference that is generated by Clik when you put a job on the system. Once you are in the correct job you can look at the notes added to the description & at any files that might have been attached. Again this is ideal as you can bring up all the information in one place rather than using several different systems.
The system takes time to get used to and set up all of the function but once they are set up it is easy to use.
Another great feature is the interface into Sage which we use for billing. Once the prices are input onto Clik it is a matter of pressing a button & the information is posted to Sage.
