After securing a large contract with Bombardier Transport to supply and service the air conditioning on various lines servicing the London Underground trains, we had a need to use service management software to be able to offer us a fully auditable trail of any job carried out, movement of componants / product and a full historical trail of any event during the period of the contract.

After carefully reviewing various other service management software packages, Clik came to demonstrate their software to us. We were impressed with the flexibility and the rich functionality of Clik Service.

For us the most attractive part of the software was the flexibility of its, reporting and the historical track and trace functionality it allowed and it has everything we need to be able to plan our time efficiently. We will also begin to use the sites and equipment database and the CRM functions and build up to using the whole program.

We are looking forward to a long term working relationship with Clik.
