We first purchased Clik Service in June 2003 with some remote assistance from Clik software we were able to get our system up and running with very little problems.
Having previously operated on a manual paperwork system we had come to the maximum capacity within our office for handling the administration and paperwork.
We have found that since then our turnover has increased year on year and we have easily managed the extra work load within the office and due to maternity leave we have managed this with less admin staff.
Over the years I feel we have built up an excellent working relationship with Clik, and feel the software is vital to our company’s development.
We have several clients now accessing our database through Clik Remote and entering there own jobs on for us, they can then track there orders all the way through to invoicing which again has lowered our admin costs as we no longer get the phone call asking us when a job will be finished or what we are doing about a fault as our larger clients log on and have a look for themselves.
The development of Clik Mobile is causing a revolution within our company. Our engineers are able to plan there work load better as they can see in advance what they have got outstanding, they enter there own reports and information to the database which ensures that information does not get lost in translation.
No longer do we have to wait for jobs sheets to be returned, sometimes with the wrong job number assigned to it, part numbers that do not exist, or simply hand writing that cannot be deciphered.
The Engineers can now complete the job onsite, send back the job and an invoice can be raised within minutes. This improves our cash flow.
I no longer have to employ someone to sit in front of a screen copying information from a job sheet, as the Engineer has already done this. All I do is check it and click the job for one of the admin staff in the accounts department to create an invoice.
We look forward to Clik Mobile being developed further and from the trials we have seen find the new remote version of mobile to be possibly a huge leap forward for Clik Mobile
