Will I still have to purchase packs of certificates from NICEIC to print on?
No. NICEIC Certification Software allows you to print NICEIC Certificates directly onto plain paper.

You will no longer need to purchase packs of certificates, once you are using the software you will only need to purchase certificate numbers. You will require a colour printer.

Are there any ongoing costs for the software?
There are no compulsory ongoing costs, there is however, an optional £50 per year fee if you wish to continue to receive updates.

When will additional certificates be added to NICEIC Certification Software?
We plan to add more certificates to the software each quarter until they are all included. These additional certificate templates will be available as updates as and when added.

How will I know when there has been an update to the software?
From within NICEIC Certification Software you can click ‘Help’, and ‘Check for updates’, this will tell you if you are using the latest version of the software, if not you can easily download the new version. You should also sign up to the NICEIC newsletter and read Connections magazine.

I use a lot of continuation sheets, how much are these?
The continuation sheets are free as they are included in the software.

How many of my employees can use one copy of the software?
You can have as many of your employees using the software as you wish, although if you have only purchased one licence only one employee will be able to use it at any one time.

Is NICEIC Certification Software networkable?
Yes you can network the software and share the database amongst all users.

I’ve made a mistake, can I amend the certificate details?
NICEIC Certification Software gives you the option to print a draft which allows you to check the certificate details. Once you have clicked ‘Complete’, your certificate will be locked down with no further editing and you will have used one of your certificate numbers.

A customer has asked me for a copy of their certificate, how can I find it?
NICEIC Certification Software has a customer address book. Once you have created a certificate for that customer, all their certificates will be linked to their account.

I’ve run out of certificate numbers and I need to create a certificate...
