Clik Service v4
Work has begun on Clik Service v4!
We will be re-working and improving the whole program. Amongst other things, new features include a time sheet module, a contracts section, purchase invoice processing and service level agreements. We're also adding lots of functional features such as the ability to open multiple screens.
We plan to be near completion in spring 2009, but will keep you updated. Watch this space...

Daikin USA - contract win
Daikin USA have appointed Clik to produce a bespoke software tool to help them improve their customer service levels and increase sales. After working on phase 1 of their Technical Resource Library, Daikin have decided to swiftly move on with phase 2 of the project.
Daikin are one of Clik's oldest and loveliest customers and we've always enjoyed working with them.

Clik help install lifts and escalators at the 02 Arena
Sort of... Mitsubishi Electric Lifts Escalators Division uses Clik Service to schedule their engineers and manage jobs. Mitsubishi installed the lifts and escalators at the 02 Arena, so in a roundabout way Clik helped get the job done!

NICEIC TechTalks
The first TechTalk held at Haydock Park was a huge success with over 200 NICEIC contractors attending. The next TechTalk is being held at the Madejski Stadium in Reading on 28th October.

Name: John Adams
Clik Job: Commercial Director
Background: Trained as a construction engineer (nuclear subs) some 40 years ago - yes I am that old - and then went on to establish a number of businesses; one of which is Clik.
Pet hates: The current government, queue jumpers - on foot or in vehicles, and car park charges at airports!

You can stop non-administrators from deleting customers, job sheets and many more useful restrictions by going to edit > defaults & settings > general defaults & settings, selecting the settings tab and then the users tab which has many options such as disable back up, disable reports and even address book print features.
