NICEIC Certification Software - Frequently Asked Questions

Will I still have to purchase packs of certificates from NICEIC to print on?
No. NICEIC Certification Software allows you to print directly onto plain paper from your software. You will no longer need to purchase packs of certificates, once you are using the software you will only need to purchase certificate numbers. You will require a colour printer.

Are there any ongoing costs for the software?
After the first year of use, you will be asked if you want to purchase a support contract, this is £50. Purchasing a support contract is optional, but if you do not have a support contract after the first year you will no longer receive any updates or upgrades to NICEIC Certification Software.

A customer has asked me for a copy of their certificate, how can I find it?
NICEIC Certification Software has a customer address book. Once you have created a certificate for that customer, all their certificates will be linked to their account.

I've run out of certificate numbers and I need to create a certificate...
This is the good part... with NICEIC Certification Software, you can purchase certificate numbers online from www.niceicdirect.com anytime of the day or night.

Clik Remote

Clik Remote 3.3.1.1 for desktop and PDA now allows for stock quantity deduction from the product location.

This means if an engineer adds a stock product from a particular location to the job sheet, the available stock quantity in the products database will be deducted by the number of items added to the job sheet.

If you're not already using Clik Remote 3.3.1.1 and have Clik Cover please email the support team and they will arrange a time to update your version.

Keep your customers addresses up to date in Sage and Clik.

If you go to edit > defaults & settings > account settings > ledger settings and tick the option 'always update customer to Sage when saving' all changes made to the customer/supplier in Clik will be updated in sage automatically.
