Samac Construction Service Ltd has used Clik for the last 5 years and have found it to be an invaluable tool in the running of our company.

We use Clik for the following:

  • Keeping records of all incoming works; call-outs, quoted works etc.
  • It allows us to access important information relating to each job such as;
  • Full site address
  • Description of works
  • Start and completion dates
  • Documents relating to works, i.e. quotations, reports etc
  • Customer order numbers and contracts
  • Engineers working on project
  • Sending of jobs to engineers; via email and/or text message
  • Invoicing of jobs when complete and posting to Sage Accounts Line 50
  • Able to easily access previous works by using the drop down menus for the sites or client
  • Able to keep clients details which again are easily accessible.

Before we used Clik we logged works manually on paper, we then had an Excel programme which worked for basic logging but did not have a way of tracking the works. We looked at several Access based programme’s but not all worked with our accounts package; Sage. Clik set us up and have been there every step of the way. Clik have encouraged us in the development of their programme by inviting us on their Southern User Group debating with others of Clik users’ improvements and additions to the programme’s which was very helpful.

We would gladly recommend Clik to other companies.
