I think it safe to say that since we introduced Clik Service to our operation back in 2002, we have seen a significant benefit to our business.
Reporting is far more accurate, information relating to clients and service engineers is always virtually up to date, staff are better informed and we have eliminated the paper chase to find out who is, or should be, doing what. The information we require, client / supplier / staff information, is now all in one piece of software – Clik Service.
At present we operate with 7 user licence for Clik Service and 10 user licence for Clik Mobile. We have a total staff of 20.
The recent introduction of Clik Mobile, used in connection with Clik Service, allowing us to remotely instruct and gather information, has further improved a great business management package. Clik Mobile has:-
- Reduced office based admin costs
- Reduced engineer admin / increased efficiency
- Increased productivity (billing while on site)
- Heightened accuracy and given the facility to immediately raise a query prior to committing to an invoice
- Completely eliminate lost or delayed job sheets
- Improved cash flow
- Reduced stationery costs
The above benefits amount to significant annual cost savings, whilst allowing my company to provide a more efficient service to clients.
We are very surprised at how flexible the software is and its user friendliness. We have not been disappointed and with continued updates to the software the product goes from strength to strength.
